Ok I am not losing weight but I think I am better in shape now. Think it's becos of the gain in muscle mass according to one of my classmates. Never mind.
It's true that most (in fact all) people who frequent the gym are those who are conscious of how they look. I admit I am one of the vain ones. With my current motivation, I can see an improvement in the timing and distance covered for my run. Still not as fast as I used to be 7 years ago but making progress. So I am happy.
With my gym routine, I also have more control with my food intake.
More vegetables.
More fruits.
Less meat.
Less fatty and oily food.
Less snacks.
When I say "LESS", it means really really lesser than before.
I have never really been so disciplined. Not even when it comes to studying for exams. This only shows 1 thing:
I am vain. Yes. Totally agree.
3 more weeks and here I come, Krabi!
