Ok.. Went to walk around in Lot 1 with Jun and bought a pair of shorts from OP. Quite nice.. Kinda like it cos it matches with my Nike Slipper I bought earlier.. This is the 1st white shorts I have! I never like to wear white cos I always think hat it will get dirty very easily..

Went to a park near CCK to have our supper.. I had not had satay from a long long time. We ordered satay and sting ray.. Yummy! Nice place to have dinner. Next time get the guys to go with us as well..

Met up with Karen to go shopping at Ikea for hostel stuff.. Thanks to Waterboy wo kindly offered me a ride to Ikea from office.. That carrot was late for abt an hour.. I sat in the showroom to read my Da Vindi Code again.. She came and I punished her to look for me in the showroom.. She got lost! Hai.. My dear roomie-to-be.. She got so excited about wat were the things we gonna put in the room.. After the shopping trip, she was so looking forward to staying in hostel with me.. Haha.. I made her feel so excited.. Haha..

The whole idea of the hostel deco will be based on 2 most vibrant colour on Earth- PURPLE & ORANGE.

P/S: Any idea where to buy Purple bedsheet?
We need kettle and fridge.. Haha.. Any sponsor?

Called MOE just now to ask them about my posting result.. According to their data, I would be posted to NIE.. Hopefully it is true.. I really dun trust their system liao.. The previous time they did not receive my PPT result from NIE had already freaked me out..

I am looking forward to go back to being a student again..

Anyway, last minute Meiwei called for a "meeting" at the Alif Prata Shop.. We had a new guest, Ping!! The usual ladies went (Qi, Jun, Wei and myself) for the supper. Jieshi la.. Said she bathed liao den doesnt want to come out of her house.. Lazy woman!

While waiting for Steph and Wei Hang to prepare lunch, i read my Da Vinci Code and Eugene was forced to study for his insurance test coming soon. Haha.. I made him sit down at his desk to study and he said I would make a good nanny.. Haha..

Slacked at Eugene's place, we watched 2 movies.. 2 which I had missed when they showed in cinemas. Love Actually & How to Lose a Guy in 10 days.

So inspiring and motivated by the movies.. Suddenly made me feel like falling in love all over again.. Haha.. Crap! I believe in letting nature takes its course. Good things are worth waiting for..

After that, we left Gene's house at 11pm to go Bukit Timah for supper.. Sat at the prata shop with Shir, Zif, Steph and Gene.. Crapped and talked about council days all over again.. Seemed like thats the only topic that we talked about.. Poor Steph! Dunno wats going on..

We were there until abt 230am when we decided to return home.. oh my gosh! Midnight cab fare is expensive sia..

Think I will not ahve much chance hanging out so late when semester begins..

Went for dinner at Holand Village with Shir, Gene and Steph last evening.. I was early and ended up visiting the different banks to post some cheques for the swimming coaches. I was still early. Damn! Ended up sitting in the void deck to read my Da Vinci code. Haha..

Ok.. The shock of my life was last night when I suddenly feel the urge to open the letterbox. it was already 11.45pm. As I opened the metal box and peeped into the space, a letter with a MOE logo appeared before me! I knew it was the letter I was longing for.. Haha.. Opened up immediately and realised I was not put on the Permanant List but on the Contract List for a teaching post. Was rather upset when I continued reading and realised the briefing was this morning 9am! Can u imagine if I have not opened the letterbox? I will definitely break down and cry?.. Had to call Mummy Joanne to take a half day urgent leave to go for the briefing..

It was raining the whole morning as I made my way to MOE HQ.. Attended the briefing with Karen. Apparently, I realised that I was put on Contract becos MOE did not receive my PPT result from NIE. Screwed Up! Luckily, I was still smart enough to bring the NIE PPT Result Slip down to the briefing to show them that I did pass my test. They put me on a DOWNGRADE status before I submitted my result slip from NIE. I was not even told in the 1st place that I was supposed to fax my result back to MOE. Anyway, I signed the agreement and I was put back to the PERMANENT status. Phew!

Thanks to Waterboy, I managed to hitch a ride back office from MOE on time. He was rather stressed up with his workload. Hmmm.. I can understand to a certain extent becos he does not have any off day on weekend. Poor boy.. He looks tired too.. He needs to be at the pool during the weekend to make sure things go smoothly..

Now I will have to cross my fingers and wait for the Official Letter from MOE to come. Hopefully they post me to NIE straight without having to go to schools for attachment.. Haha..

In the middle of my sports climbing course. Last weekend burnt again! It has been a long time since my last attempt to climb any wall.. So happy I managed to conquer all the lanes (except the overhangs of course.. Haha..) This course has been an eye opener for me.. I think that I am beginning to like Sports Climbing.. May consider taking it up as a sports thou.. I need a pair of climbing shoes and a harness.. Heehee.. But dont think I will get it so soon anyway..

Waking up at 6 am in the morning for the past 3 days.. Super tired sia.. Travelling can be a pain.. From Buona Vista to Bishan! Oh my gosh.. I survived! Cant imagine ppl who stay far far away from workplace.. This moment my only thought is to find a bf who drives.. Haha.. ok.. Not funny..

Went to give tuition to my student today and after that met up with Jun in town to catch Madagascar.. While waiting for the movie to start, they showed the sneak preview of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I am going to watch the movie no matter wat!! Haha..

Anyway, i will give Madagascar 3 out of 5 stars..

Finally I have the time to sit down and do some self reflection.. Haha.. Just finished the CNB Camp. Not a good camp for me.. Felt that I was really indecisive and there was a lot of things I dunno. I was telling my colleague Victor that I need an orientation around the campsite at Home Team NS Adventure Centre in Bukit Batok.

I did not do a good job this time round but I shall not be disheartened.. I am taking this camp as a good learning experience for me to improve in future..

Parent-Kid Camp. It is definitely not easy being a parent. To raise up the kid and teach them all the correct values, not pampering the kids too much to the extent that they climb over your head. I witnessed spolit brats during the camp.. Behaved like princes and princesses and expected their parents to wait on them..

There was this sweet little girl named Natasha whom had left a deep impression in my mind. During the campfire night, her elder brother, Nicholas, offered a sweet given by the CNB Officers to Instructor Shah. I was teasing him that how come I dun have any. Little Natasha, aged 7, heard our conversation I guessed. She went to the CNB Officer, whining for more sweet. I could literally hear her whine. It was after a while when she came to me and stretched out her little hand, opened her palm and offered me the sweet which I had asked from her brother earlier on. So Sweet! so touched! I thanked her and guess wat, she gave me all her sweets! In the end, I decided to share with her. But I only took 2 out of the so many sweets that she had passed to me.

I guess I am really suited for teaching. It's like so heartwarming when I see those children. They can be really naughty but to me they are all special in their own ways. Little Angels I would say..

Was supposed to meet Jun for dinner in town. Was so looking forward to a sumptuous meal after a day of hard work in office. A little pissed off by Waterboy of something he said in MSN this afternoon. He was a stupid question and gave a stupid answer himself. He gave me a lift to Outram MRT Station when my client called from CNB. Got reprimanded by her cos the programme I sent her was different and she was making a big fuss. At that time when she called, I was just opposite her office! Pissed off for the 2nd time in the day.. Jun and I decided to go to One Fullerton for dinner.. BakerzIn. They served French cuisine and dessert. Not a bad place for dinner if u have the budget. Jun and I decided to meet less for dinner becos we need to save up for shopping trip at GSS.. Haha..

Cheng En called and we went over to Holland Village’s Wala Wala to chill out. Nice place with live band.. But one thing I not used to was the smoke inside the pub. Really irritating.. Didn’t have the mood to drink cos of all things that had happened today.. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better one for me..

After work from the exhibition, went to meet the guys and Jun. They all came to the exhibition to visit me.. See! This is was I called Moral Support.. At least they came although they did not buy anything. Yup.. Ysing, Leong, Mel, ChengEn and Ah Wee came for the dinner only.. Dunno wat happen to the rest.. Neway, it was supposed to be a burfdae dinner for Ching Yee and Cheng En. Had our dinner at this Indonesian restaurant at Suntec Fountain Terrace.
The guys started with the “Du Lan Right??” thingy which the ladies did not know what was going on. But it was really funny cos we were trying to piss people off that night. The target was Leong of cos and the lady is.. Qi! Haha.. The guys have been trying to matchmake them since a dinner in April. So in the end after the dinner we went to Suntec Adidas to pick Qi up for supper at Prata Shop at Kent Ridge..

Was down for the exhibition at Suntec. It is an exhibition about Diving and Wonders in the water. From diving gears to tour groups going for trips. Some booth was set up to put pictures taken by photographer underwater. Ask me how come my company has a booth there? We are selling our waterprrof gears there.. After the exhibition I was supposed to go home. Did not feel like going home so I went for a walk. It has been quite a while before I actually felt lonely.. I was walking aimlessly at Rafffles City.. Took some pictures of the LEGO.. My cousin saved me from the boredom. She called and I went over to Orchard to meet her for a drink.. Gossiped the whole night but it was fun.. Had been a lot time since I last sat down at a coffee house for a chill..
