The Krabi trip has somewhat made me more determined to lose some pounds! Haha..
I have been going to the gym so much more often recently. Did my cardio run and worked on some muscles almost everyday. Playing more games with my classmates (more of sweat-it-out sessions) and watching my diet more closely. Last week, I had been missing my dinners for most of the nights and eating less during the days. I know it's unhealthy but I do feel that I had lose some weight becos of it.
This few days, I have been eating dinner, finally. All these after I was being told off. Anyway, Fish and more fish for me. I havent had much meat for my meals recently. But then, the alcohol in my system is still bad.. Boohoo!
Hopefully by the end of the month, I can lose another 1 - 2kg. Not for the bikini like what some of my classmates said. But I think I seriously need to lose some weight to keep my body in shape for a long term!
