Met up with LayLeng, Valane and YiRang to go to Settlers. Many of us here have heard of this place but only a few have been there before. Basically, it’s a cafe which allows their guests to play with all the different types of in-house board and card games. It is located somewhere near Clarke Quay. Quite expensive for budget diners like us.
Anyway, it was my first time there. Ordered set dinner. Since Lane had been there before, she recommended the Fish and Chips and Chicken Cutlet. She herself ordered Beef Steak. Rang ordered the same as Lane and someone commented that it was because in that way, they both could not “steal” food from each other. Haha!
Played a Strawberry Card Game (Lane, if u see my post, pls advise me on the name of the game, Thanks!), Slamwiches (Stop Thief!!) and Taboo..
Nothing beats the game of Zombie which we spent a good one hour on it (We played the rest in less than an hour each). The aim of the game is to plan a town map by adding it to the main one on the table. The Commandos represented the players and we are supposed to kill the zombie, get to the helicopter and the winner will emerge.

We started off knowing nuts about the game and we got the waiter there to teach us how to play (Trust me, the staff there knows how to play most of their in-house games. Cool!)
There came a point in time when I took out my camera and started taking pictures, Conveniently, I took pictures of Lane and Rang who were sitting opposite me. Say cheese! Ok, the most hilarious moment was here. We were happily taking pictures in our own world when we realized that Leng was so into the game of Zombie! She was killing the zombies, playing the game by herself. We realized her looking so focused when I blocked her view and she started saying “Excuse me, excuse me!”. All of us burst into laughters..
