My Fasting Month

I was looking at some old photos and I concluded that I looked soooooo much leaner and better in the past..

Sigh.. Feeling ashamed of myself..

So I have decided that from now on (15 Sept 2007).. I will fast until at least end of November.


My Fasting Resolution

1. I will not eat anything except fruits and drink water after 8pm, not even sweets or biscuits..

2. I will eat less for dinner. Maybe just something light salad, soup and milk. *

3. I will avoid oily food (Goodbye, my beloved fried makan..)

4. I will exercise everyday.*

5. I will try to sleep before 1am daily. *

6. I will eat at least 1 meal a day.

7. I will make it a point to eat fruits every day.

8. I will eat till I am 70% full and not force myself to finish the food so as not to waste it.

9. I will motivate myself to lose weight by looking at those photos taken from the old times.. :)

10. I will adhere to all the resolutions stated above.

In the event that I break any of them on purpose, I shall be fat and single for life!!
(Shit.. That was a bad curse on myself..)

I wanna look my best for JJ Year End Dinner..

I wanna be able to buy clothes from Bugis Street.

I wanna wear clothes which I have chucked in one corner of my wardrobe becos I couldnt fit into them anymore.

I wanna hear ppl comment that I lose weight every time they see me.

I wanna look best and fitter.

I wanna..
