This new year has been the same for me.. Except that I noticed a fall in my yearly "income" during this festive season.. Bull sh*t for the good economy and bonus.. *bleah*

Lemme share with you peeps what I have been up to these few days..

CNY Eve..
I was lazing at home, watching tv when I suddenly had a craving for those Taiwan jellos I saw on the Channel 8 evening news.. So I decided to find companion to go Chinatown to grab as many of those jellos as possible..

So I found a fren to accompany me down to the ever-packed-like-sardines Chinatown..

It was super crowded at 1030pm..


Stall selling festive decoratives..


At abt 1130pm.. I finally got wat I wanted and decided that I should head home as it was super duper crowded.. I was so afraid of being stepped on my toes.. So we sqeezed thru the crowd to get to the train station.. There were like so much more ppl heading to Chinatown than going back.. Haha..

So that's it for CNY Eve..

Come CNY Day 1, it was the usual visit to Gran's place.. There was door-2-door lion dance.. Wee~~!!

After the lion dance left was when my little niece decided to come out of the room.. Poor little sweetie was hiding in the room becos she was so afraid of the oriental creature..

After which, it was photo taking time..

This was what she wore that day but apparently she didnt like it becos it ain't pink or purple.. But no choice, my bro liked it and he is the one paying.. Heehee.. But we all thought she looked pretty in it..



2nd day of CNY was steamboat lunch at my Elderest bro's place.. Followed by Lao Yu Sheng for the family..

And Day 3 was a day of mad rush for me.. Morning I went to meet my supervisor for my Teaching Practicum (TP) at Tiong Bahru.. After which, I rushed down to Paya Lebar to meet some of the Sports Secs as we headed down to Lao Niang's place for a small gathering..

Day 4 of CNY?? I am back in hall to chiong my assignments and study for my tests.. So happening right??
